Regional Food SA Co-op uses Australia Post for Australia wide delivery of all items unless otherwise specified.
Australia Post may leave a card in your mail box with instructions of where to collect your parcel. If this will be inconvenient consider having the parcel delivered to your work address.
Regional Food SA Co-op aims to have all orders freighted the day after payment is received, however please allow 5 working days for delivery. Rural areas may take longer.

All products are thoroughly checked before packing and orders checked before dispatch. Regional Food SA Co-op hopes you are delighted with your new products, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you are now completely satisfied.
If you are not satisfied with the products delivered to you, or the contents are damaged please contact us immediately. You may be asked to provide evidence of the fault/damage. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
